My style of teaching is relaxed, offering a practice accessible to everybody. I offer a laid back, safe and welcoming environment to truly let go and focus inwards.
My yoga journey began in 2017 when I moved back home from university; I was lost with no direction. The yoga classes I attended brought balance in both my mind and body and I became quickly engrossed in the practice.
I decided to do a Yoga Foundation Course, to dive deeper into yoga philosophy. I then began my BWYQ L4 Certificate in Yoga Teaching course over 18 months, and have recently qualified with The British Wheel of Yoga.
My passion is to help people feel the way I felt after my yoga classes.

As an instrumentalist and classical singer, Beth was drawn to yoga in 2012 as a practice to support her creative practice and performance anxiety.
She was firstly drawn towards the benefits yoga had upon her mental health. It created more mental space, openness in the body and a sense of freedom in mind and breath after practicing.
Yoga helped to ground her energy and find focus for performances, discipline and positive mindset towards practice, performance anxiety and imposters syndrome.
Helping to build up a relationship with her body and breath to further support her vocal health and mental health.
Beth currently teaches singing and yoga, integrating the two; finding parallels between breath, posture, mindset, confidence, creativity, freedom in Self.
She is passionate about empowering her students to find the tools that work for them. Deepening self-inquiry and curiosity towards their potential, how it is ever-expanding.
To guide her students to be their own teachers, over time knowing how to care for their own mind, body and souls with an assortment of tools.
Beth offers 1:1 singing and yoga classes on top of studio and community classes.

For over a decade, Craig has been in service holding workshops, ceremonies, courses and retreats for those looking to heal, expand and discover deeper dimensions of life, emotionally, energetically, vibratory and spiritually.
Donna began practicing Ashtanga Yoga with Rolf Naujokat at the end of 1998 and started teaching in 2012 after realising how much the practice had transformed her life. Donna completed her 200 hour Teacher Training with John Scott in 2014 as well as trainging with David Swenson. In 2017 Donna was authorized by Manju Jois to teach the Primary and Intermediate series of the Ashtanga method and is now registered with Independent Yoga Network as a 500 hour teacher.
Donna is dedicated to the Ashtanga system and loves the logic of it: the counted vinyasa system helps students to focus during class but can be modified to suit different bodies.
This practice has transformed Donna's life and love's the idea that, through yoga, she can help others to find their own light.

Eirian teaches a mixture of Yoga styles from Vinyasa Flow – a beautifully creative, dance-like style that links movement with breath, to Yin Yoga – a slow, grounding, deeply meditative style of practice.
The Mandala model in her public Vinyasa classes also works closely with Energetic Bodywork, Chakra and Elemental theories.

Jenny Roche is a Dance Artist as well as a Yoga Teacher and loves to combine authentic flow state in both dance and yoga. She is also an Integrative Body Movement Therapist in training, with Linda Hartley.
Jenny’s style of teaching is compassionate, supports somatics and agency for each flavour of consciousness to move in their own way. She hopes to be able to inspire and encourage her students in the same way that her teachers have for her and to unravel the layers of the self through the practice of embodiment and yoga. Her goal is for students to be able to reach a state of peace and ease, both in the mind and the body and to find acceptance of who you are both on and off the mat.

Jenny is a bubbly, high energy yoga teacher qualified in both vinyasa and yin styles. Her classes offer challenging, varied but accessible sequences but the focus is always around sensation over aesthetics.
As well as offering strength elements to her flows, Jenny believes that yoga is an internal workout first and foremost and loves to weave mindfulness and breathing techniques into every class.
Her motivation to teach stemmed from the immense mental benefits she has gotten from yoga and the need to share this passion and put smiles on the faces of others.

Judith Hanson Lasater
Kate teachers Vinyasa, Rocket, Mandala, Dance and Yin Yoga. Initially training in 2017 with veteran yoga rock star Andrea Everingham, she has since furthered her training with The Yoga People, and assisted on their Mandala TT in 2020.
Kate believes that a class is a feast for the senses – a total mind/body/soul experience to shake up who and what you think you are, stripping back layers to find your truest self.
She encourages you to try something new and do your own thing when you want. The more you get to know yourself, the more autonomy you have over your experience, the better you feel – this is the philosophy Kate lives by. It is not always going to be easy, but it is going to be served light-hearted and with a big smile.

Yoga crept into Laura’s life at a time when she was lacking direction. Through working initially as a yoga studio receptionist, the practice began to infiltrate her life and she became interested in teaching and sharing the practice.
Laura completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training with Yogahaven in 2014, and her 300 hour training with Sampoorna Yoga in Goa in 2016. As a young teacher, she feels completely blessed to have connected to this part of herself so early in life. Her asana practice has transcended her pre-conceived physical and mental limitations, and yoga has infiltrated her life in every way. Yoga brings Laura clarity and inner strength, enabling her to navigate her way through obstacles and fully appreciate every moment of her life. Her teaching encourages students to find their own personal flow within the practice, creating space in body and mind, body positivity, and inner strength.

Liz has been teaching yoga and pilates since 2011.
Liz is passionate about creating an inspiring, friendly and calm atmosphere within every class. Her approach to teaching yoga and Pilates is how she likes to practice – in a grounded, sensitive and sensible, and when appropriate, playful and fun way. Liz challenges how bodies move, how we may perceive ourselves. Her classes are pragmatic: Liz believes it is incredibly important to welcome students as individuals, where they are in their bodies at that moment.
Liz has trained with many teachers over the years including Debbie Farrar, Peter Blackaby and Godrey Deveroux, and Bridget Woods-Kramer and brings this eclectic experience to her teaching.
Rachel stumbled upon yoga (in the form of a dvd!) while travelling in Asia in her early 20s. She discovered lots of other fun things on that trip and the next few years we’re pretty interesting to say the least!
“Back then I probably wasn’t gonna show up to my uni lectures or to your birthday party… But I was dedicated to my yoga practice. It’s the one place you can be yourself… without the bullshit!”
Having trained as a teacher in 2016, Rachel has taught thousands of yoga classes; offering a powerful, playful twist on the classical asana and always accompanied by excellent music.
On a mission to live a more balanced life herself, Rachel brings a unique perspective to students who may be looking for more than just the asana.
Her voice has an ethereal quality and combined with the crystal bowls they create a magical soothing experience
Having worked in the fitness industry for many years, Sarah was aware of the effects that different physical disciplines could have on the body. She trained in many different disciplines and fell into yoga through a series of sporting injuries.
She found that yoga helped with rehabilitation and she was also able to gain and retain strength whilst keeping the flexibility levels she was used to from her dance and martial arts training. She completed a 200 hour teacher training in hot vinyasa and then was fortunate enough to complete a 300 hour training with Doug Swenson. She teaches powerful vinyasa flow classes with an emphasis on creating a complete balance of strength and flexibility throughout the body.
