Registered with Yoga Alliance Professionals. https://www.yogaallianceprofes... course will teach you a core teaching sequence – and all the knowledge you need to go with it – to develop your own teaching practice and to become a leading teacher in your chosen field. We have used a set sequence as the foundation of our practical teaching in order to give you a clear foundation from which to evolve. However, you will leave our course with all the tools you need to work in a hot or regular yoga studio and teach vinyasa-style yoga.

Our lineage is rooted in Ashtanga yoga (which merges movement and breath, with ‘asana’ or postures), and explores how and why this foundational practice has evolved into hot yoga sequences around the world.

You will leave our course understanding core Yoga Techniques, Training and Practice, Anatomy & Physiology, Yoga Humanities including Yoga Philosophy, Lifestyle, & Ethics. The final part of our course explores Professional Essentials including, Teaching Methodology and Practicum.

The course takes place at our studio in Manchester during 2026 on the following dates:

28 March - 6th April (7-6pm daily)

Weekend 1: 25/26 April (full days)

HOT weekend: 9/10 May (full days)

Anatomy Weekend: 23/24 May (5hrs per day)

Exam Weekend: 6/7 June (full days)
