Join Jen and Kirsty for Rest in the mo(ve)ment Yin into Indian Head Massage and Nidra. Rest in Movement is an ‘interbeing’ workshop, supporting earthing, fluidity, grounding, slowing down and is restorative/somatic in nature. The gentle movement stimulates our bodies to open up before receiving ayurvedic indian head massage focusing on the marma points in your face and head to support energy to flow while journeying in though a long, deep yoga nidra.
