This is an introductory or discovery session ahead of our coures which will run for 10 weeks as of January 2026. We've love you to come along and share with us the kind of thing you'd like to learn on a course like this, and we can share a course outline. We've love to know what you'd like to know and what you'd like to come away with as well as sharing and trying a couple of really easy exercises in a group - the kind of thing we will be doing next year. Think of it as a discovery session - finding out about each other!
