This is a workshop of two halves. Firstly, Jen will lead you through a breathwork practise which invites you to drop out of the thinking mind and into the heart using holotropic breath techniques to drop into the subconscious.

This opens us up on every level to receive insight from our inner knowing and create a release for the body, heart, and mind. The first half of this session involves sitting in ceremony in meditation, discussing a theme of letting go of our stuck emotions, invoking a powerful intention, and experiencing a combination of deep breathwork techniques.

This is all supported by a curated soundtrack to assist the experience. Jenny provides a safe space for everyone to journey into their heart, drawn together in deep purpose and connection.

We will then drop into a 60 minute soundbath Gavin will be using a selection of the highest quality sound instruments including Quartz crystal bowls and Tibetan bowls, rain sticks, ocean drums etc. During the practice Gavin will take you through certain activation and sedation frequency’s helping you to completely relax into an alter state of consciousness (deep state of relaxation)

To make the most of this session please:- Do not eat within 90 mins before the session Ensure good hydration and no alcohol is consumed prior to attendance Contraindications for sound and breathwork are as follows: bi-polar, psychosis, epilepsy, asthma, heart conditions, pregnancy or high/low blood pressure. If you have any of the above you will still be accepted as a participant but it is important to let the facilitator know before the session.
