THE GREAT MANCHESTER YOGATHON IS BACK!

Join us on Saturday 21 June in the Amphitheatre outside the Great Northern Warehouse for 108 Sun Salutations lead by Gavin DeMarines and start the summer as you mean to go on.

FOCUSED, PEACEFUL, STRONG.

In the Yogic tradition, 108 is a sacred number. Practicing 108 Sun Salutations is a meditative practice that connects the body, the mind, and the universe specifically when nature is undergoing a change. And coupled with this change in nature, yogis can start once again, fresh, renewed and inspired.

This special FREE session will be hosted outside the Great Northern Warehouse in the main square. Lead by Gavin DeMarines, this session will see yogis from across the city come together on the Solstice and start the Summer season in a peaceful, powerful and focused way.

All money raised will go to Forever Manchester, a local charity which supports people living in poverty across the city, by delivering meals and providing much-needed respite during difficult times.
