The collective power of ceremonial cacao and breathwork to shift our inner state and awaken the heart and soul make the perfect pair! The Spirit of Cacao invites us to drop into our heart, and a holotropic breathwork practice opens us up on every level to receive insight from our subconscious and create a release for the body, heart, and mind.

This session involves sitting in ceremony in meditation with a cacao drink, discussing a theme of letting go of our stuck emotions, invoking a powerful intention, and experiencing a combination of deep breathwork techniques (conscious connected and holotropic) together in circle.

This is all supported by a curated soundtrack to assist the experience. Jenny provides a safe space for everyone to journey into their heart, drawn together in deep purpose and connection. Do not eat within 90 mins before the session

Ensure good hydration and no alcohol is consumed prior to attendance

Contraindications for breathwork are as follows: bi-polar, psychosis, epilepsy, asthma, heart conditions, pregnancy or high/low blood pressure.

If you have any of the above you will still be accepted as a participant but it is important to let the facilitator know before the session
